We run in-house, bespoke and rolling programmes to accommodate different shift patterns and staff availability in ranging groups of 5-8 (Small), 9-12 (Medium) and 13-18 (Large)

We work with you to carry out Training Needs Analysis, design and develop materials to appropriately equip staff to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently. Staff get the opportunity to demonstrate the use of equipment and perfect their manual handling techniques at our safe and well equipped training centre.
